Claude Max, Ultra and Team plans now come with a monthly Claude API credit that does not roll over. We decided where it goes by crossing options out — our product, anything customer-facing, a GitHub Action — until one shape was left: headless runs we start ourselves, doing work that is worth doing but harmless to stop. Then we found our reviewers were not as cold as we thought.
